Lt. Rick S. Theriault (Retired)
Chief Driving Instructor
​Rick is a retired veteran police Lieutenant from the Kingston Police Department. He is a certified Drivers Education Instructor with the State of New Hampshire. Rick is a former the School Safety officer and School Resource Officer at Sanborn Regional High School, Rick started the School Resource Officer program via a federal grant when with the Kingston Police Department. Of his 20 plus years in law enforcement Rick spent 16 years as a District Court Prosecutor for the Kingston Police. Rick has been court certified as an expert in crash investigations and has successfully completed numerous Police training courses & college courses. Rick is a Professional Life Coach and Law Enforcement consultant.  Rick's goal in Drivers education is to provide a platform to give teenage drivers the necessary skills and techniques to become that safe, responsible driver.
Karen P. McMahon
Owner/Driver Educator
Karen had been employed by Raytheon Co. for 15 years until she decided to be a stay at home mom. In 2000 she joined the Kingston Police Department and at that time she attended and graduated the New Hampshire Police Academy. She since changed her path and attended Keene State College with the desire to work hand in hand with today's youths as a Drivers Educator Karen is a certified Drivers Ed. Instructor with the State of New Hampshire. Karen and Rick currently own and operate Pro Staff Driving School and are honored to teach tomorrow's safe drivers.

To provide an open forum of communication between instructor, student and parents to enhance the educational experience. To use various teaching styles based upon the individual learning styles for each student.  To put a well trained, fully informed, safe driver into the driving community.

To offer parents a better choice of instruction for their son or daughter within and outside the community.

To teach teenage drivers the technique of "Risk Management" and the importance of reducing their "Risks" while driving.

To provide the highest caliber of instruction, up to date information and proper driving techniques so that teenage drivers learn to be that safe driver.

To establish a Drivers Education Program in an academic friendly environment and have an educational setting that provides complete resources for instruction and learning.

Goals

          Our mission, our goals are to provide each student with the necessary information and techniques to be SAFE RESPONSIBLE DRIVERS. To provide a learning-friendly environment that meets the needs of each students learning style. To communicate effectively with each other so that students become a part of the lesson, to feel, to experience and better retain the information provided to them. To recognize and understand each student's strengths and weaknesses and to accent the positive in each one. To provide each student with the proper training so they can obtain their driver's license, and also to drive a vehicle safely. To provide the motoring public with SAFE RESPONSIBLE DRIVERS.
